FeedFront Magazine Launches
Shawn and I just gave birth to our new love-child, FeedFront Magazine. It’s something that we’ve talked about for a long time, and to see it come to fruition is nothing less than exciting for me.
FeedFront Magazine, the Official Magazine of Affiliate Summit, is all printed and in the mail now to subscribers.
If you attended Affiliate Summit this past February in Las Vegas or last August in Miami, and live in the U.S. (and your address hasn’t changed), you should be getting the first issue in the coming weeks.
The magazine is dedicated to bringing ideas, resources, and opinions from Internet marketing innovators to you before your next project or venture.
FeedFront is for the futurists; the next-gen marketers; the early adopters in affiliate marketing.
That’s you, right? Get your free subscription.

What a wonderful world….
Alex (my 7-year old) was in his first grade play this morning. He’s the one dressed in a red t-shirt with green shorts (… I had nothing to do with that outfit!). I am very proud of him as he rehearsed his signs for weeks to make sure that he’d get it right for today. He brought a tear to my eye when I watched him perform, along with his classmates.
You know, it wasn’t so long ago that I used to believe that not taking vacations or days off entitled me to some sort of badge of honor when it came to my work ethic. I thought that working late and having to miss school trips or hockey practice just went along with getting ahead.
Now I realize that people that miss out on incredible moments (like first grade plays) because it “interferes” with their work schedule, simply deserve a badge for being nuts. As my mother always says — life is not a dress rehearsal. It’s moments like these that you never get to re-live again.
Enjoy the day!

Breast Cancer 3-day Training Walk
Today, I met up with a few other fantastic people that are doing the 2008 Breast Cancer 3-day in various states. We did an 8-mile training walk around the Dr. Phillips area in the ferocious 91 degree heat. Jen from Market Leverage, who is also on Team Affiliate Marketers Worldwide joined in on the walk as well. It was the longest walk that she’s done thus far and she did great.
Please remember, if you’d like to support me by giving a donation, you may do so online at www.Missys60milewalk.com.

Map My Run
I just discovered these neat tool which I wish I would have known about a long time ago called MapMyRun.com. With a free membership, you can basically map out your run, calculate distance, calories burned and keep a training log. I’ve been messing around with the site for the last hour and have found other Breast Cancer 3-day Walker’s training routes, which have inspired me to check out some great new scenery.
Here’s my run for tomorrow morning:
If you’re a runner or walker, I definitely recommend you check it out.

I love Coast Original Soap
I’ve been a loyal user of Coast Original Soap since the late 70’s. It was a shock to me when the Dial Corp took it off the shelves and replaced it with their new Coast Pacific Force scent. I gobbled up every bit of the Original that I could find and basically tapped out all of the availability at internet retailers.
I now go to great lengths to find it and pray that my now 250+ bar stash will never run out.
What’s great about the Internet is that it enables people like me to find others in the same boat.
Thank you John Grove for reading my post on ABestWeb and hooking me up with 50 more bars!
And so I ask… What is your guilty pleasure and what lengths do you go through to get it?

Anne Kadet thinks affiliate marketing is so easy that dogs can do it
Anne Kadet, senior writer for Smart Money just wrote an article that appears in the May issue (p.110) ferociously entitled “A Penny For Your Clicks? Affiliate marketing: so easy even our dog can do it.”
To count the innacuracies in her article would be a very time-consuming task. Instead, I’ll get back to being one of those“dogs”, or rather one of those “regular folks who work from home, posting online ads and promotional-text links for thousands of brands…” and “earning less than $100 a month.”
