Entries for the Affiliate Summit Ticket Sweeps can be made by Facebook or Twitter.

There will be fifty Networking Plus passes to Affiliate Summit West 2013 given away, each valued at $549 per pass. Winners will be notified by email or Twitter DM.

Some details on the Affiliate Summit Ticket Sweeps:

Prize Eligibility: Only persons residing in United States who are at least 21 years of age can enter.
Sweepstakes Starts: November 1, 2012 @ 12:00 pm (EDT)
Sweepstakes Ends: December 1, 2012 @ 12:00 pm (EDT)

The passes cannot be transferred, and the pass codes can no longer be redeemed in the event the conference sells out.

Also, anybody registering for a complimentary pass who neither checks in at the conference nor cancels will be ineligible for future complimentary passes.

Come Cheer on the Avon Walkers with Team @amgb…

When you walk 39.3 miles over 1-1/2 days, during the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, you experience a lot of different emotions — sadness, joy, frustration, inspiration, doubt, hope, determination and so much more. Couple that with muscle aches, blisters and exhaustion and the whole experience can get a little overwhelming.

I can tell you first hand that nothing motivates an Avon Walker more than seeing all of the folks that come out to show their support by cheering us on along the way. Clad in their Pink flair, with their motivational posters and music, etc.; their energy and excitement make us smile and laugh and gives us the encouragement we need to keep on going.

I was so excited when I found out that Avon Walk for Breast Cancer was giving Affiliate Marketers Give Back a Cheering Station of their own this year, providing an opportunity for our team to not only participate in the walk, but also allow us to cheer on our fellow walkers for a portion of the second day of the walk.

If you're going to be in NYC on Sunday, October 21st, come join Team Affiliate Marketers Give Back at our Avon Walk for Breast Cancer Cheering Station located at 59th Street and Central Park West from 10:00am to 12:00pm. We'll be the applauding and high-fiving the Avon Walkers as they pass by dressed in our team shirts, rocking our pom-poms and noise makers and handing out thousands of fruit-flavored Pink Ribbon candy and Heart-shaped seeded paper pins.

The Avon Walkers can plant the heart and grow pretty wild flowers when they get back home to remind them of their time during the walk.

Performance Marketing Summit 2013 – Save the Date

The inaugural Performance Marketing Summit is taking place March 12, 2013 in New York City.

The one day conference will take place at the Baruch College Vertical Campus (site of Affiliate Summit Social Media in 2008 and the first Affiliate Summit in 2003).

Space will be limited to 200 people.

Performance Marketing Summit is an Affiliate Summit event.

Affiliate Summit was founded by myself and Shawn Collins in 2003 for the purpose of providing educational sessions on the latest industry issues and fostering a productive networking environment for performance marketers.

More details coming soon, but I for one can't wait to celebrate Affiliate Summit's 10 year anniversary in the place where it all started!

Apply for an Affiliate Summit Scholarship to Affiliate Summit…

Need help getting yourself to Affiliate Summit West 2013? We will be sponsoring up to fifty Affiliate Summit Scholarships for affiliates to attend the conference for the first time.

Affiliate Summit Scholarship

The goal of the scholarships is to make the education and networking experience of Affiliate Summit available to affiliates who might not otherwise be able to attend.

Each recipient of the Affiliate Summit Pay it Forward Scholarships will be awarded one VIP Pass (a $1,249 value) to Affiliate Summit West 2013, taking place at Caesars Palace Las Vegas on January 13-15, 2013.

VIP Passes include breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday; admission to the Meet Market, Exhibit Hall, Keynotes, all educational sessions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday; participation in the Newcomer program; access to all recorded session videos; and PowerPoint presentations.

Applicants will be considered based on current participation in and future contribution to the affiliate marketing industry. All applicants must also have valid US addresses to qualify.

Interested candidates will answer one of these three questions in essay form in 300 words or less:

What is something broken in affiliate marketing and how can we fix it?
What do you hope to accomplish in affiliate marketing?
My idea for an affiliate site is to…

All applications will be reviewed by the Affiliate Summit Advisory Board, and winners of the scholarships will be notified by Monday, November 13, 2012.

In order to be considered for an Affiliate Summit Pay It Forward Scholarship, please complete the online application. The deadline for submission is Friday, November 2, 2012.
