Give Back and Save!
Team Affiliate Marketers Worldwide, led by myself, will be taking to the streets with their “feets” during the 2008 Seattle Breast Cancer 3-day. It’s a 60-mile walk over the course of three days that raises money for Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the National Philanthropic Trust Breast Cancer Fund.
There are a number of fundraising promotions going on including the sales of “Affiliate Marketers Give Back” limited edition clothing line, a T-shirt sponsorship, and more. Additional information on the team lineup can be found at AffiliateMarketersGiveBack.com.
I just also announced the “Give Back and Save” fundraising promotion. It’s a great way to make a tax-deductible donation to a great charity and get a free exhibit hall pass or an additional discount of up to $500 on a full conference pass to Affiliate Summit Boston.
Now through July 31, 2008, when you make a $50, $100, $250 or $500 donation in support of the walk, you will receive a discount coupon in that same amount, valid off your registration at Affiliate Summit 2008 East in Boston.
Give Back and Save is a great way to support your fellow Affiliate Marketers as they raise funds to fight Breast Cancer and save some bucks at the same time.
How to Donate:
Visit www.60-milewalk.com and click on your preferred walker. Make your donation of either $50, $100, $250 or $500.
How to Claim Your Discount Code:
Once you receive your donation confirmation email, forward it to realdeal at affiliatesummit dot com. Your information will be processed and you will be sent a discount code via return email.

I’ve Got My Orange Crush
There's no disputing the fact that Jim Kukral has an idiosynchratic affection for the Flip camera.
I dig it, but I'm quite certain that my devotion to it is limited to the next “new thing” that will make my Flip — well — irrelevant.
In any case, Jim's got one of his “funsperiments” going on where he's asked folks to show him their Flips.
Kind of voyeuristic, in my opinion, but hey, I'm no prude.
