Get Ready for ShareASale’s Under the Stars Party & Fundraiser
ShareASale has been hosting their themed “Under the Stars” party at Affiliate Summit West and Affiliate Summit East for a few years now. It’s definitely one of my favourite events that take place during the show.
For the last few shows, I’ve gone along with their theme and donned appropriate attire:
ShareASale's parties are always lots of fun… and who doesn't appreciate an open bar?
On top of that, they always have something going on — whether it's a magician, great music, costume contests, photo booth fun, piano sing-a-longs and entertainers; the folks at ShareASale always show their guests a great time filled with networking opportunities.
This time around won't be different, but it will have a philanthropic twist — one that I'm VERY EXCITED ABOUT!
A Not-To-Be-Missed, Splendiferous Affair!
The ShareASale Under the Stars Party during Affiliate Summit East 2014, will take place on Sunday, August 10th from 8:00pm-11:00pm in the Broadway Lounge at the Marriott Marquis.
The theme for this year's party is “Dress Up Like Your Favourite Character from a James Bond Movie”.
It will be a Casino Night featuring an open bar, appetizers, the Magic of Joel Givens, a Photobooth and a Costume Contest. The first 100 guests through the door will receive a prize as well.
So What's the Philanthropic Twist All About?
This ShareASale Under the Stars Party is also a fundraiser for two organizations that are very close to my heart: The Performance Marketing Association, a non-profit trade association that champions and protects accountable performance marketing (and the only trade association representing the performance marketing industry) and Affiliate Marketers Give Back, an organization that I started back in 2007 that supports Breast Cancer research, treatment, awareness and community programs in which we've raised over $550,000.00 to date.
Tickets to this event are $25.00 per person ($18.00 p/p if you're a PMA member) and group tickets are $100 for 6 people.
Sweet ShareASale is donating 100% of the ticket sales to the Performance Marketing Association and Affiliate Marketers Give Back (50/50).
There are a limited number of tickets available, and the event will likely sell out, so I encourage you to buy your tickets now.
Trust me, there's no place in NYC that you will be able to network with fellow affiliate marketers, have a great time, eat, drink and feel good about yourself for helping out two industry organizations for the price of the entry to this event.
So What Am I Going to Dress Up As?
Now, that's a surprise. I will tell you that I will be one of the Bond gals. That's all you're getting.
