Map My Run
I just discovered these neat tool which I wish I would have known about a long time ago called MapMyRun.com. With a free membership, you can basically map out your run, calculate distance, calories burned and keep a training log. I've been messing around with the site for the last hour and have found other Breast Cancer 3-day Walker's training routes, which have inspired me to check out some great new scenery.
Here's my run for tomorrow morning:
If you're a runner or walker, I definitely recommend you check it out.

I like mapmyrun.com for planning a run – I’ll be planning some in Boston while at ASE using that tool. That way I don’t just head out & go too short, or too long. After a run, however, I use MotionBased, because I can upload my GPS data and get lots of info. Here’s a recent run I did: http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/5164719
Maybe some other affiliates will want to run in Boston – I hear the Charles River has a nice path along it.
